About halfway down the Oregon coast, the picturesque Yaquina Head Lighthouse welcomes you to Newport, a town known for its Dungeness crab and glorious harbor under the graceful Yaquina Bay Bridge. The historic Bayfront offers a mixture of shops, galleries, canneries and restaurants that serve fresh clam chowder, shrimp, oysters, crab and salmon.

Florø, the westernmost town in Norway, sits right at the edge of the sea as a small, coastal town with deep maritime roots and front-row views of the North Atlantic. Established in 1860 as a herring fishing hub, Florø still carries the rhythm of the ocean in daily life. Though small in size, the town serves as a jumping-off point to explore the rugged coastline, scenic fjords, and a collection of islands that each have their own stories and scenery.

The Calf of Man, a small island off the southwest coast of the Isle of Man, offers a rare glimpse into a quieter side of the Irish Sea. Covering just over 260 acres, this uninhabited island is known primarily for its rich birdlife and dramatic coastal cliffs. Visitors often arrive by boat from nearby Port Erin, embarking on guided tours that reveal the island’s importance as a bird sanctuary.

Aalborg is the fourth largest city in Denmark and constitutes a natural center for the North Jutland region. In addition Aalborg is Denmark's largest conference center, outside Copenhagen. Aalborg has many cultural attractions which appeal to a wide variety of tastes; a varied night-life and more than 300 restaurants, bars and clubs.
